Delivery

After receiving your order we confirm availability of the products you chose. Packages are generally dispatched within 3 days after receipt of payment or COD and are shipped via Czech Mail.

You can also pick up the order personally (available only in Brno on request).

Orders accepted during weekend or bank holidays will be released with no delay next working day.

Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment.

We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.

Orders higher then 3500,- CZK or equivalent of other currencies won't be charged with the delivery costs (only in Czech Republic).
